Three one-loss teams in Division 1 football semifinals
Eisenhower is in fast company in the state Division 1 football semifinal.
The Eagles are one of three teams that boast 11-1 records as the tournament makes its final stop before teams head to Ford Field for state finals.
The Eagles take on Detroit Cass Tech, the only D1 final four team with more than one loss, at 1 p.m. Saturday at Troy Athens.
In the other semifinal, Rockford takes on Detroit Catholic Central at 1 p.m. at Battle Creek Central.
Rockford and CC are 11-1.
Cass Tech is 9-3. The Technicians' losses came against Farmington Hills Harrison and Detroit Crockett, the latter having beaten Cass Tech twice.
